To make our Pay & Play model as convenient as possible, we have a simple and transparent Cancellation & Refund Policy that ensures fairness for all players.

Please read this policy carefully before making a booking.

🎯 1️⃣ Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before the scheduled slot.
Cancellations can be done through our booking platform, WhatsApp, or by directly contacting our team.
Any cancellation made less than 4 hours before the booked slot will be considered a no-show, and the booking amount will be forfeited.

We appreciate your understanding, as last-minute cancellations impact scheduling and deny other players the chance to book.

💰 2️⃣ Refund Policy

No cash refunds are provided for any booking cancellations or no-shows.
However, the entire paid amount will be retained as credit and can be utilized for future bookings within a specific validity period.
The rescheduled booking must be of equal or lesser value. Any additional cost for a higher-value booking must be paid separately.

This ensures complete flexibility — you never lose your booking value.

🔁 3️⃣ Rescheduling Policy

You can reschedule your booking for another available time slot without penalty, provided the change is made at least 4 hours in advance.
Rescheduling is subject to slot availability.
Once confirmed, the new booking will be treated as a fresh reservation under the same rules.

⚠️ 5️⃣ Non-Refundable Circumstances

No credits or adjustments will be issued in the following cases:

No-shows or late arrivals.
Cancellations made within 4 hours of the booking start time.
Bookings made through third-party platforms without direct confirmation.
Interrupted sessions due to player unavailability or weather-related issues once play has begun.

However, in case of unavoidable operational issues (such as turf maintenance or power outages), Sports Circle may offer rescheduling credits at its discretion.

📋 6️⃣ Policy Acknowledgment

By making a booking with Sports Circle, you agree to abide by this Cancellation & Refund Policy and understand that:

Payments once made are non-refundable in cash.
The booking amount remains available as future play credit if the cancellation is made within the permitted time.
