Our Court Booking Policy ensures fairness, clarity, and a smooth experience for every player.
Please read these terms carefully before making a booking.

🎯 1️⃣ Booking Procedure

All courts and turfs at Sports Circle are available on a Pay & Play basis.
Bookings can be made through our website, WhatsApp, or at the club counter.
Each booking is confirmed only upon full payment.
Bookings are made on a first-come, first-served basis.
Players must arrive 10–15 minutes before their booked slot to check in and begin on time.

We recommend booking in advance, especially for evening and weekend slots, to ensure availability.

⏰ 2️⃣ Booking Duration

Each court booking is valid for one-hour sessions, unless otherwise specified.
If you wish to extend your playtime, you may do so subject to slot availability.
Overtime beyond the booked duration is not allowed without prior approval.

Because we respect every player’s schedule, all bookings must start and end on time.

💰 3️⃣ Payment & Confirmation

Payment must be made in full at the time of booking.
Accepted payment methods include UPI, cards, wallets, or online transfers.
Once payment is received, you will get a booking confirmation message or receipt.
Bookings without payment are not considered valid.

Please ensure your contact details are accurate to receive timely confirmations.

🚫 4️⃣ Cancellation & Rescheduling

Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before the booked time slot.
No cash refunds will be provided.
The full booking amount will be credited to your account and can be used for future bookings.
Rescheduling is allowed up to 4 hours before the slot and depends on availability.

⚙️ 5️⃣ Player Responsibilities

To maintain a fair and enjoyable environment for everyone, players are expected to:

Wear proper sports attire and non-marking shoes.
Arrive on time and vacate the court promptly after their session.
Handle equipment and property with care.
Avoid loud or abusive behavior on the premises.
Follow all staff instructions and club rules.

Any violation of these guidelines may result in denial of play or cancellation of future bookings.

⚠️ 6️⃣ Delays, No-Shows & Early Departures

Late arrivals will not receive time extensions.
If a player or team fails to show up within 15 minutes of the booking start time, the slot will be forfeited.
No adjustments or refunds will be made for unused time once the session begins.

We maintain a strict schedule to accommodate all players fairly.

🧩 7️⃣ Maintenance & Safety

Sports Circle reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to turf maintenance, events, or unforeseen circumstances.
In such cases, affected players will receive full credit for future use.
The management ensures regular cleaning, turf care, and safety checks to maintain high-quality play conditions.

Your safety and comfort are always our top priority.

📋 8️⃣ Club Rights

Management reserves the right to deny bookings or restrict access to individuals violating policies.
Sports Circle holds the authority to amend booking timings, pricing, or rules without prior notice.
The latest version of this policy will always be available on our official website.

By booking a court or turf at Sports Circle, you acknowledge and agree to abide by this Court Booking Policy and all related club regulations.
