Users must wear appropriate sports attire and non-marking shoes where required.

3️⃣ Bookings & Payments

Bookings are accepted via phone, WhatsApp, in person, or online (where available).
Payments must be made in advance to confirm a booking.
All payments are non-refundable, except in cases of operational cancellation by Sports Circle.
Sports Circle reserves the right to reschedule bookings due to weather conditions, maintenance, or unforeseen circumstances.
Offers, packages, and discounts are subject to change without notice.

4️⃣ User Responsibilities

All users agree to use the facilities responsibly and in accordance with safety guidelines.
Players are responsible for their personal belongings. Sports Circle is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage of personal items.
Users must maintain discipline, respect others, and refrain from any act of harassment, abuse, or misconduct.
Any damage caused to Sports Circle property, equipment, or facilities — whether accidental or intentional — must be compensated by the user.

5️⃣ Health, Safety & Assumption of Risk

All players and visitors use Sports Circle facilities at their own risk.
Sports and physical activities carry inherent risks of injury. By participating, users acknowledge and accept these risks.
Sports Circle and its management are not responsible or liable for any injury, medical issue, or loss arising from participation in sports, training, or recreational activities.
Users are advised to consult their physician before engaging in strenuous physical activity.
In the event of an emergency, Sports Circle staff may provide reasonable assistance but does not guarantee medical supervision or first-aid responsibility.
